Since 1996, Burkhead & Scott, Inc., doing business as BSI Waste, hauls construction debris and industrial waste in roll-off containers to its licensed Kentucky Transfer Station at 2497 Greenville Road in Hopkinsville.  BSI Waste sorts recyclable items and loads the excess material into tractor trailer trucks for transport to a licensed landfill.   

BSI Waste has 6 roll-off trucks, 2 tractor trailers, and 1 front load garbage truck that are well maintained and comply with state regulations.  Our services may involve dumpsters, open top roll-off containers, and other options.  We can collect refuse or recycling at regularly scheduled intervals, provide one-time individual pick-ups, or perform services on call.  BSI Waste works closely with factories and contractors to meet their scheduled needs. BSI Waste provides services not only to Christian County, but also to the counties of Caldwell, Hopkins, Logan, Lyon, Muhlenberg, Todd, and Trigg.  Montgomery County in Tennessee is also included in our service area.  The containers provided by BSI Waste include:  20 yard containers (8 feet wide, 22 feet long, with sides 3 ½ feet high), and 30 yard containers (8 feet wide, 22 feet long, with sides 5 ½ feet high).  Both sizes have rear opening gates which allow easy access and provide the capability of walking into the container.
